Adeline

Adeline joined AMC in June 2023 She began her career in marketing and communications and has worked on event management, marketing campaigns, client engagement and office management in local cooperatives, educational institutions and MNCs. She moved on to be an office manager and personal assistant to the MD of Vanderlande Industries before joining IFC in 2021 as an assistant with the East Asia & Pacific department.

 

Babita

Babita joined AMC in January 2011. Babita joined IFC in April 1995 where she worked at the front office of the Sub-Saharan Africa department. In December 1995 she moved to the Central Asia, Middle East and North Africa department and from there to the Southern Europe & Central Asia (SECA) Department. During this time she provided assistance to the Directors office and was the back-up for the SECA HR Officer.

Igor

Prior to joining AMC in 2016, Igor held several administrative positions across the World Bank Group including Corporate Planning and Analysis, Office of the Managing Director and World Bank Group CFO, and IBRD Corporate Finance. Igor has more than 19 years in various administrative roles including 4 years as an interpretor/translator in The British Council, World Bank Country Office in Serbia and EC Harris.

 

Igor attended The Faculty of Philology at University of Belgrade.

Lonika

Lonika joined AMC in June 2016. Prior to joining AMC, Lonika was a Team Assistant with the IFC Infrastructure and Natural Resources Group in New Delhi, and with the Environment Corporate and Social Governance team. She has worked at IFC for the past six years. In her roles at IFC, she handled a mix of administrative and portfolio work. Prior to joining IFC, Lonika worked for American Airlines where she managed extensive client interactions linked to ground and security operations.

 

Lonika holds a BA in English from Delhi University.

Ha

Ha Lai joined IFC in 2005 and worked in Vietnam and Singapore office before moving to AMC in Dec 2018. She held various roles at IFC including in front office coordination, office administration and facility management, and program assistance for both the investment and advisory services. Her prior experience outside the World Bank Group was sales planning and marketing in the automobile industry.

 

Ha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Languages.

Chau

Chau joined AMC in September 2013 as a Program Assistant with the IFC Global Infrastructure Fund. In January 2016, she joined the Client Relations team at AMC. Prior to joining AMC, Chau was a Program Assistant in IFC’s Independent Evaluation Group (IEG) in Washington, DC. She has previously worked as a Market Research Analyst in the Investor Relations Department at Freddie Mac (Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation) in McLean, Virginia.

 

Nilufar

Nilufar joined AMC in June 2016. She has over 12 years of diverse institutional experience working at both IFC and IBRD.

 

Nilufar holds a BA in Economics from Tashkent State University of Economics in Uzbekistan, and an MA in English Language and Literature from Uzbek State University of World Languages.
