Alemayehu is a seasoned investment professional with over 30 years of experience covering emerging markets of Europe, Asia, Latin America, Middle East, and Africa.  He is currently Director of IFC’s Equity Mobilization Department, AMC.  Prior to this, Alemayehu was Director for the South Asia Department, IFC heading all of IFC’s activities in the region.   In this role, he has led the significant expansion of IFC activities in the South Asia region, delivering a record investment volume over $15 billion investment in Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, renewables, infrastructure, logisti

Jun joined AMC in 2010 as a Senior Investment Manager with the IFC Capitalization Fund. Previously, Jun was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division at JPMorgan in Tokyo and an Investment Officer in the Financial Institutions Group of IFC. Jun also worked in the Investment Banking Division at Deutsche Bank and at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ.  Jun is based in AMC's Singapore office.

Jun holds a BA in Political Science from Waseda University and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
