Head and Chief Investment Officer
Jun is Head of AMC’s family of Financial Institutions Funds with over two decades of investing, operating and leadership experience. He is a member of the Investment Committee of IFC Global Financial Growth Fund.
Jun specializes in the financial services sector, which includes commercial banks, insurance companies, and innovative fintech companies. Since 2015, he has been working in the Asia region, actively engaged in sourcing, structuring, and crafting post-investment value for private equity investments.
Previously, Jun was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division at JPMorgan in Tokyo worked at Deutsche Bank and at the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ.
Jun holds a BA in Political Science from Waseda University and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Senior Investment Manager
Ioannis is a member of the IFC Financial Institutions Growth Fund.
Ioannis joined AMC in 2013 as part of the IFC Capitalization Fund team. Prior to joining AMC, Ioannis was a Strategy Manager for GlaxoSmithKline, and a management consultant with The Boston Consulting Group.
Ioannis holds a BSc in Economic Theory from the Athens University of Economics and Business, an MBA from INSEAD, and an MPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford.

Yuqing is a member of the IFC Financial Institutions Growth Fund.
Investment Manager
Kenta is a member of the IFC Financial Institutions Growth Fund.
Kenta joined IFC as part of the Young Professionals Program in 2018 and worked for the Infrastructure Department, where he focused on equity investments. Prior to IFC, Kenta was an Associate in the Principal Investment Group at the Development Bank of Japan (“DBJ”) and DBJ Investment Advisory, an in-house private equity fund, managed by external recruits on a commercial basis. He started his career as an investment banking Analyst in the M&A Advisory Group at Barclays Capital.
Kenta holds a BA in Economics from Keio University and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Investment Manager
Min is a member of the IFC Financial Institutions Growth Fund.
Min joined AMC in Apr 2023 from IFC, where her career spanned across the Financial Institutions Group and Trade Finance departments. Her most recent role was under the Banking on Women team as the Investment Lead of the Women Entrepreneurs Opportunity Facility, a joint initiative with Goldman Sachs. Previously, Min held various positions within Citibank Singapore, including as a Treasury and Assets/Liabilities Product Manager.
Min holds an MA in International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a bachelor’s in environmental engineering (Hons) from the National University of Singapore.
Associate
Andreea is a member of the IFC Middle East and North Africa Fund, the IFC Financial Institutions Growth Fund, and the IFC Global Infrastructure Fund.
Andreea Militaru joined AMC in October 2016. Prior to joining AMC, Andreea worked as an analyst in IFC’s PPP Transaction Advisory team working with governments in Africa and Eastern Europe to develop infrastructure though Public-Private Partnerships. Andreea began her career at the World Bank Private Participation in Infrastructure Database where she focused on infrastructure investment trends in Eastern Europe and Central & Southern Asia.
Andreea holds a B.S in Economics (Honors) from Towson University and an M.A. in Economics from George Mason University. She is a CFA level II candidate.
Senior Program Assistant
Babita joined AMC in January 2011. Babita joined IFC in April 1995 where she worked at the front office of the Sub-Saharan Africa department. In December 1995 she moved to the Central Asia, Middle East and North Africa department and from there to the Southern Europe & Central Asia (SECA) Department. During this time she provided assistance to the Directors office and was the back-up for the SECA HR Officer. In July 2002, Babita moved to Global Financial Markets where she provided administrative and secretarial support to the Associate Director, Global Financial Markets-Portfolio & Equity Team.
Babita holds a degree in Intermediate of Arts and Psychology.
