Esther Njoroge is an Investment Manager and a member of the IFC African, Latin American, and Caribbean Fund and IFC Financial Institutions Growth Fund. 

Previously, she worked at FMO (The Dutch Entrepreneurial Development Bank),  where she focused on managing the financial inclusion fund, MASSIF, and contributing to the Private Equity department. Prior to this, she held positions in commercial investment banking and equity research at several banking institutions.

She earned her BSc. in Financial Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology in Kenya and a Master's degree in Economics and Strategy in Emerging Markets from Maastricht University. Esther also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
