Esther Njoroge is an Investment Manager and a member of the IFC African, Latin American, and Caribbean Fund and IFC Financial Institutions Growth Fund. 

Previously, she worked at FMO (The Dutch Entrepreneurial Development Bank),  where she focused on managing the financial inclusion fund, MASSIF, and contributing to the Private Equity department. Prior to this, she held positions in commercial investment banking and equity research at several banking institutions.

Selena

Selena is Head of IFC African, Latin American, and Caribbean Fund and a member of its Investment Committee.  

 

Navtej

Prior to joining AMC in 2014, Navtej was a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Treasury, working on financial challenges in emerging markets. He initiated a new Transition Fund and managed Jim Kim’s transition as the new World Bank Group President. Navtej has previously worked with Jim Wolfensohn in various advisory and economic research roles.

 

Navtej has a BSc in Business Management from King’s College London and an MA in International Relations from the London School of Economics.
