Elena

Most recently, Elena was a VP at Blackstone, focused on integrating ESG and sustainable investing across the firm. Prior to Blackstone, she worked at Lion’s Head Global Partners, a boutique emerging markets investment bank focused on innovative finance. At LHGP, she led product development and fundraising of Otundi Ventures, a Pan-African, tech-enabled VC Fund focused on underrepresented founders, and structured a $50 million financing facility for social enterprises, incorporating concessionary finance into a blended fund to syndicate commercial co-investments.

Chau

Chau joined AMC in September 2013 as a Program Assistant with the IFC Global Infrastructure Fund. In January 2016, she joined the Client Relations team at AMC. Prior to joining AMC, Chau was a Program Assistant in IFC’s Independent Evaluation Group (IEG) in Washington, DC. She has previously worked as a Market Research Analyst in the Investor Relations Department at Freddie Mac (Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation) in McLean, Virginia.

 

Selena

Selena joined AMC in 2011 after 11 years at IFC, where she was an Investment Officer in both the East Asia Department and the Global Financial Markets Department, and a Senior Strategy Officer in the Corporate Strategy Department. Prior to joining IFC, Selena was Associate Director in the M&A Department of Credit Agricole Indosuez in Paris and a Vice President of Project Finance at the same company in Singapore.

 

Selena holds a BBA from the National University of Singapore.

Mohsin

Prior to joining AMC in 2013, Mohsin was an Associate at HIP Consult, a boutique strategy and management consulting firm where he advised clients in emerging markets on large infrastructure investments and project management. Previously, he was an analyst at NERA Economic Consulting (Oliver Wyman Group).

 

Mohsin holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, an MA in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins, and an MBA from Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

Navtej

Prior to joining AMC in 2014, Navtej was a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Treasury, working on financial challenges in emerging markets. He initiated a new Transition Fund and managed Jim Kim’s transition as the new World Bank Group President. Navtej has previously worked with Jim Wolfensohn in various advisory and economic research roles.

 

Navtej has a BSc in Business Management from King’s College London and an MA in International Relations from the London School of Economics.
