Gary works as an Investment Analyst across the AMC Funds.

Prior to joining AMC, he was a Project Finance Associate at Sunrun, where he worked on raising capital for residential solar projects, and before that, he was an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank’s Financial Sponsors Group, where he focused on leveraged buyout transactions.

Gary graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.  

Nathan is a member of the IFC Emerging Asia Fund.

Nathan joined the Emerging Asia Fund team in June 2024 from Eastspring Investments, where he was the public equity Portfolio Manager in the Greater China-focused team. Previously, Nathan worked at SeaTown Holdings, where he focused on global real estate and tech multi-asset investments. He also worked in Temasek Holdings as a private equity associate in the Consumer and Real Estate team.

Min is a member of the IFC Financial Institutions Growth Fund.

Min joined AMC in Apr 2023 from IFC, where her career spanned across the Financial Institutions Group and Trade Finance departments. Her most recent role was under the Banking on Women team as the Investment Lead of the Women Entrepreneurs Opportunity Facility, a joint initiative with Goldman Sachs. Previously, Min held various positions within Citibank Singapore, including as a Treasury and Assets/Liabilities Product Manager.

Yuqing joined AMC in 2023 and is a member of the IFC Financial Institutions Growth Fund.

Prior to joining IFC, Yuqing accumulated more than a decade of experience advising financial institution clients on equity investments and M&A, through investment banking divisions at BNP Paribas, Standard Chartered, and Barclays Capital. She originated and executed FIG corporate finance transactions across Asia.

Anant works as an Investment Analyst across the AMC Funds.

He brings valuable experience from his previous roles at Investcorp Private Equity and PwC India. At Investcorp, he worked in the European Private Equity team, where he focused on direct investments and portfolio operations in the B2B services, consumer, and technology sectors. Prior to Investcorp, Anant specialized in infrastructure M&A in South Asia at PwC India.

Anant holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Jammu.

Laird is a member of the IFC Funds of Funds Group.

Prior to joining AMC in 2013, Laird was a consultant with IFC in the Private Equity Funds Group, a Managing Director at Détente LLC, President of Chastain, Inc., VP of Product Development at TexYard, and a consultant with Bain and Company.

Laird holds a BA in Psychology from Princeton, an MBA from Darden, University of Virginia and a Diploma in Politics and Economics from St. Catherine’s College, Oxford University.

Yu Jin is a member of the IFC Emerging Asia Fund.

Tuknekah is a member of IFC Fund of Funds Group and the IFC Global Infrastructure Fund.

Esther Njoroge is an Investment Manager and a member of the IFC African, Latin American, and Caribbean Fund and IFC Financial Institutions Growth Fund. 

Previously, she worked at FMO (The Dutch Entrepreneurial Development Bank),  where she focused on managing the financial inclusion fund, MASSIF, and contributing to the Private Equity department. Prior to this, she held positions in commercial investment banking and equity research at several banking institutions.

Kenta is a member of the IFC Financial Institutions Growth Fund.
